Job Description
Possability Group is seeking a lead therapist to direct therapeutic practice and case planning for children and young people with complex needs.
You will deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support, guide Care Teams and manage a caseload of up to 12 CYP.
This role offers ongoing clinical supervision, opportunities to lead practice and coach teams, and to contribute to evidence-based care while upholding safeguarding and cultural responsiveness.
