WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Ship customer‐facing features end‐to‐end, from design alignment through to production, with high craft and clear ownership
Lead architecture decisions across key product areas, making calls that the team can build confidently on for years
Embed Claude across the team's development workflow: tooling, habits and practices that compound over time
Define system design standards: APIs, data contracts, service boundaries and integration patterns across products
Mentor engineers through pairing and review, raising the technical floor without slowing the team down
Partner with product and design to scope and sequence work so the right things get built in the right order
Collaborate openly across a small, fast‐moving team: share context early, surface blockers quickly and contribute to a culture where everyone knows what's happening and why
