What we're looking for

No recruitment experience is required. We are looking for someone with proven sales experience who is ready to learn a new industry and build a successful career.

You will ideally have:
n

Experience managing the complete sales process from initial contact through to close
n
A proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and win business
n
Confidence influencing customers and guiding commercial decisions
n
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-development skills
n
A proactive, resilient and results-focused attitude
n
The motivation to learn, improve and build a long-term career

Base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 + super

Uncapped monthly commission

Realistic first-year OTE of $150,000+

The role
n
This is a full 360-degree recruitment role where you will build your own client base and manage the complete recruitment process within a specialist market.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing new business and winning current clients
n
Building trusted, long-term client relationships
n
Understanding hiring challenges and presenting recruitment solutions
n
Sourcing, interviewing and representing suitable candidates
n
Coordinating interviews and negotiating job offers
n
Growing a client base that generates repeat business
