Part-time Graphic Designer, Customer Service, & Digital Print Production Staff

Worldwide is a modern print franchise with a focus on responsive and constructive customer service, flexibility, and capable service across a vast range of printed and branded collateral. At Worldwide Bondi, we're looking for a friendly & enthusiastic team member who shares our values and has a passion for print.

We're currently offering a part time role of 2 days / 15 hours per week with the possibility of full-time employment at a future date.

The role involves:
n

Graphic Design: Creating new artwork and editing existing artwork based on client's brief/instruction. Providing advice and recommendations.
n
Client Relations & Service: Building & maintaining new and existing client relationships. Swift and comprehensive service in quoting, pre-press, design, production, and dispatch.
n
Pre-press: Artwork preparation, proofing, and export for in-house/digital and industrial/offset work. Liaising with clients on issues and details.
n




Print Production: Digital print workflow and software operation on Fujifilm press (cut-sheet paper) & HP Latex wide format printer (roll paper, vinyl, stickers). Finishing work including trimming, binding, folding, etc.

What you offer:

Must have experience with Adobe CC InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop.
n
Adobe Acrobat and ideally it's print-specific tools (such as preflight).
n
Comfortable on both Windows & Mac.
n
Past print industry experience is a bonus.
n
Strong oral and written skills for dealing with clients from various backgrounds.
n
Focus on clarity and cordiality.
n
Handling multiple jobs at a time from request to delivery.
n
Robust attention to detail in both job specifications and artwork/graphics
n
Adaptable and able to work through unexpected or late changes.
n
An open and constructive approach to learn.
