Baby Kingdom is excited to announce the opening of our brand-recent store in Brookvale. We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Casual Sales and Store Room Assistant to join our growing team and help families find the perfect products for their little ones.

Key responsibilities
n
Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
n
Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
n
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions
n
Help unpack deliveries from our distribution centre and help load customers orders into their vehicles
n
About you
n
Friendly and approachable personality
n
Baby industry experience preferred but not essential
n
POS / computer system / payment experience preferred
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for baby products and helping families
n
Regularly standing and lifting boxes up to 25kg
n

This role involves regularly standing and lifting boxes up to 25kg. Lifting trolleys & dolly's available for use on site. Please let us know if you require any adjustments to perform these tasks. You must work in your own steel cap boots.

Available Shifts:
n
Tuesdays & Saturdays required + potentially other days of the week as needed (as it is a casual role). 10am - 4pm (5.5 hours of paid work, includes 2 x 10 mins paid breaks and 1 x 30 mins unpaid lunch break).

Pay is based on the latest general retail award for Adults (21 or older):
n
Retail employee level 1: Casual Hourly Rate
