About the Role
n
We are seeking a Full‐Time Forklift Driver / Pick Packer to join our busy warehouse team.
n
This is a hands‐on hybrid role where you will be responsible for operating a forklift, picking and packing customer orders, moving stock and supporting the wider warehouse operation.
n
You will play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, safely and efficiently.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload and move stock
n
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
n
Loading and unloading trucks and containers
n
Moving and organising stock throughout the warehouse
n
Handling manual lifting as required
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
n
Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
n
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
Supporting other warehouse duties as required
n
Contributing to a positive, respectful and team‐focused workplace
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Previous experience in a warehouse, pick‐and‐pack or logistics environment
n




A current Forklift Licence (LF & HR)
n
Demonstrated forklift operating experience
n
Experience picking and packing orders
n
Good attention to detail and accuracy
n
The ability to safely perform manual lifting and physical warehouse duties
n
Valuable communication and organisational skills
n
A reliable, punctual and positive attitude
n
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
A strong commitment to workplace safety
n
A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required
n
Previous experience working in a fast‐paced warehouse environment will be highly regarded.
