Christian Adam Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a Ryde/Macquarie Park client to oversee an established residential portfolio of about 180 properties.

The role is Mon-Fri, 9:*****:30 with no Saturdays, with dedicated leasing support and inspections. You will manage landlord/tenant relationships, coordinate repairs, and handle arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals. NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence is required.
