With a recently renovated space, a new kitchen nearing completion and a strong existing team, the venue is well positioned for its next phase of growth.The venue operates TAB facilities and enjoys a strong late-night customer base on Friday and Saturday nights.
With the right leadership, there is significant opportunity to continue developing the team, strengthen the customer experience and drive the venue towards its full potential.About the roleAs Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the venue's day-to-day performance, people leadership, customer experience and commercial results.You will:Lead and develop an established venue teamDrive sales, profitability,



compliance and operational standardsBuild strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the local communityMaintain a high standard across service, presentation, safety and complianceMaximise opportunities across food, beverage, TAB and late-night tradeSupport the continued growth and development of the venueWork closely with the Area Manager and wider support team to deliver resultsAbout youYou will be an experienced hospitality leader who is commercially astute, operationally capable and motivated by the opportunity to make a genuine impact.You may be an experienced Venue Manager, Assistant General Manager or senior hospitality leader ready to step up.
Most importantly, you will bring:Proven experience leading a large or high-volume hospitality venueStrong people leadership and team development capabilityCommercial understanding and a focus on delivering resultsSound knowledge of hospitality compliance and responsible serviceExperience managing late-night tradeThe confidence to lead an established team and drive positive changeA genuine interest in regional living and becoming part of the Shepparton communityA Victorian RCG is highly regarded.
You will also need to hold, or be willing to complete, the required TAB 1 and TAB 2 training, licencee training and dealing training.Relocation and sponsorshipRelocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.We are also open to having sponsorship discussions with exceptional candidates.
Any sponsored candidate must be able to commit to a minimum of ***** months at the Aussie Hotel Shepparton.
