Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio
n
Select great tenants, manage leases, and run regular property inspections
n
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted local tradespeople
n
Prepare owner statements,



conduct market appraisals, and recommend rental adjustments
n
Deliver high-standard client service and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
n

Skills & Experience Required
n
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
2+ years of residential portfolio management experience
n
Current driver's licence
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong dispute resolution abilities
n
Client-focused mindset, proactive attitude, and keen attention to detail
