Job Description
Calvary Care is seeking a Team Leader to support the Clinical Care Coordinator and RN in supervising resident care across the home.
You will ensure individual needs and goals are met with dignity and respect, while building a supportive team setting.
This role is open to Endorsed Enrolled Nurses or Personal Care Workers with appropriate qualifications.
You will lead shifts, coordinate care, and contribute to a compassionate aged care setting within Calvary's mission-based organisation.
