As a
Program Coordinator
, you'll have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of educators, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and create engaging programs that support children's wellbeing, development and sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily OSHC operations and act as Responsible Person.
Mentor educators and support high-quality outcomes for children.
Deliver engaging programs aligned with My Time, Our Place.
Build strong relationships with children, families, schools and the community.
Maintain compliance, contribute to quality improvement, and support service administration.
Promote a safe, inclusive and collaborative environment for children and staff.
About You
You are a confident, organised leader who enjoys working with children and supporting educators to succeed.
Experience in OSHC, education, recreation, community or youth services.
Leadership or team coordination experience.
Sound knowledge of child development, educational programming and the National Quality Framework.
Robust communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to inclusion, child safety, mandatory reporting and culturally safe practice.
Essential Requirements
Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Early Childhood Education and Care, Children's Services, or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
Current NSW Working With Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
Child Protection and National Child Safety Training.
Unrestricted Driver's Licence desirable.
