Psychologist / Rehabilitation Counsellor
We are seeking passionate and driven
Psychologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors
to join ourteam across Metro Sydney in our Alexandria, Macquarie Park, Parramatta or Penrith offices.
You will be managing a caseload of psychological injuries from a return to work perspective, facilitating upgrades in people's capacity and helping them get back to work; meeting with doctors and allied health professionals, providing a high quality service to injured workers and insurers.
The role is fast paced, incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:
Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness
Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios
Delivering counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

About You:
Rehabilitation Counsellor
(with Full or Associate ASORC membership)
Psychologist
(with full AHPRA membership)
You'll also need:
Long term interest in working in Occupational Rehabilitation
Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check
Sound communication skills both written and verbal
Solid attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving
Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
