Currently we are actively seeking a Site Supervisor to suit our clients requirements.

They are local to the Newcastle area with a strong focus in commercial construction.

Projects
n
Our projects encompass a variety of areas, including commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, construction, historical restorations, residential builds, and beyond. Our clientele consists of sectors such as retail, commercial, institutional, education, and government.
n
About the role
n
We are seeking a motivated super star who thrives on a diverse role. Our office is based in Newcastle Surrounds but our projects can be anywhere within the Hunter / Newcastle Region.
n
Ideally you will live locally or be open to a relocation to the area (relocation support may be offered for the right candidate).
n
In this role you will be responsible for:
n
Overseeing and managing multiple projects.
n
Overseeing WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire worksite
n
Managing site crews & Subcontractors, deliveries, materials, safety, ITPs and SWMS.
n




Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and ISO reporting
n
Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and plans.
n
Adhering to project timelines while ensuring the delivery of high-quality onsite work.
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:
n
Experience in residential or commercial construction
n
Outstanding time and project management skills to meet deadlines
n
Proficient in reading architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
n
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a keen attention to detail
n
Recognizes the significance of a positive work environment
n
Capable of managing multiple subcontractors across various sites simultaneously
n
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
n
Ability to establish robust relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors
n
Competent in using Microsoft-based applications
n
Possess a valid NSW Driver's License, White Card & First Aid Certificate.
n
