Are you highly organised, people-focused and looking to build your career in People & Culture? The Property Council of Australia is looking for a proactive People & Culture Coordinator to provide practical, high-quality coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, while also supporting our Learning team with program coordination and learner administration.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Provide coordination and administrative support to thePeople & Culture team across recruitment, onboarding, employee
changes,offboarding
and annual people processes.
n
Support the Learning team with
programcoordination,
learner administration, materials, communications and systemupdates.
n
Maintain accurate employee records, HRISdata, templates, intranet pages and process documentation.
n
Coordinate meetings, travel, expenses,invoices, reports and team activities for the Head of People, Culture andLearning and wider team.
n
Be a helpful first point of contact forPeople & Culture enquiries, ensuring a professional, responsive andconfidential service experience.
n
Provide onsite support for the Sydney office,helping create a well-organised, welcoming and smoothly operating workplace.

About you
n
You'll bring 2–3 years' experience in a
corporatecoordination,
administration, team support or people-related role, with agenuine interest in People & Culture and employee experience. You'reorganised, detail-oriented and confident juggling competing priorities, whilemaintaining discretion with sensitive information.



You communicate clearly,build strong working relationships and enjoy being the person who keeps thingsmoving behind the scenes.

Experience with HR systems, Microsoft Office and generalbusiness systems will be highly regarded, and exposure to learning managementsystems would be an advantage.
