About the Role
This is a practical, physically active role that plays an important part in keeping our projects running smoothly.
Based primarily from our Gateshead yard, you'll assist with preparing materials, organising stock, delivering products, supporting installation crews and helping maintain a protected and efficient work environment.
You'll spend time in the yard, on the road and occasionally on project sites, giving you plenty of variety throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, checking and organising incoming fencing materials
Loading and unloading materials, equipment and tools
Delivering materials and equipment to project sites
Collecting orders from suppliers and manufacturers
Assisting installation crews with general labouring and site support
Removing waste and surplus materials from project sites
Maintaining a clean,



organised and safe yard and workshop
Stock control and basic inventory management
Supporting the team wherever needed to keep projects on track
What We're Looking For
Essential
Current driver's licence (manual)
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Reliable and punctual
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Commitment to safe work practices
Highly Regarded
White Card
Labouring, construction, fencing, landscaping or yard experience
Experience driving utes, trailers or small trucks
Forklift licence
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
