Buggo Pest Control is a friendly, laid-back local pest control business based in Miranda, directly opposite Westfield.
We're a close-knit team and are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join us in the office.
The Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, keeping things organised and being part of a busy, friendly team.
You'll be helping with the day-to-day running of the office and supporting our technicians out in the field.
What you'll be doing:
Answering phone calls and helping customers with enquiries
Booking pest control appointments
Scheduling and coordinating our technicians
Responding to emails and general correspondence
Assisting with general office administration
Helping keep the team organised and things running smoothly
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers
Organised and great with attention to detail




Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
Reliable and able to work well independently
A positive team player who fits into our relaxed office setting
Previous reception, admin or scheduling experience is a bonus, but definitely not essential.
Pest control experience is also not required - we'll teach you what you need to know!

Location: Miranda, NSW - opposite Westfield
Part-time or casual - approximately 4 days per week
Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
