CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a diverse Perth portfolio from the CBD, with travel to assets in the northern suburbs.
You will own end-to-end FM operations, budgets, compliance and contractor oversight, supported by a Facilities Coordinator and Centre Manager.
Based in Perth, you will drive risk, budgets and capital works while delivering solid client reporting and stakeholder engagement with IFM Investors and local councils.
