Job Description
DHL Supply Chain in Heathwood QLD is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead operations, Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, at our customer site.
You will manage a 30+ driver team, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely deliveries while meeting KPIs and customer expectations.
You will drive operational excellence, develop people, and build strong in office customer relationships, reporting to Site Management.
