The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a key role responsible for leading sales, marketing and digital initiatives across the business.
You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness and strengthen customer engagement.
Working across sales, digital marketing, partnerships and promotions, you will identify opportunities for growth while ensuring all activity delivers measurable results.

Your Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a sales and marketing leadership role
Strong commercial focus with demonstrated revenue growth success
Experience developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives




Digital marketing and campaign management expertise
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and external partners
Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills

This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Cairns, working Monday to Friday.
Applicants must be able to work from Cairns and have the legal right to work in Australia in a manner that allows them to meet the ongoing requirements of the position.
