Suncare Community Services – North Lakes QLD
Why You'll Love Working Here
People don't stop wanting to live life their way just because they're getting older.
They still want to walk the dog, visit friends, get to their favourite exercise class, play with the grandkids, and stay connected to the people and places they love. That's where we come in.
At Suncare, we help people keep living the life they love with in-home and community care that feels personal, local, and full of heart. Every day, our team helps people stay independent at home, connected to their community, and supported in the moments that matter. And we look after our people the same way.
With more than 800 team members and 200 volunteers, you'll be joining an organisation where care and connection are part of the job description. The work you do matters, and so do you.

Not-for-profit salary packaging (up to $15,900 per annum)
Leave loading to make your time off even better
Monthly clinical development sessions and CPD allowance
Flexible and hybrid working options

What You'll Be Doing
The little things you do will make a big difference.
As an Exercise Physiologist with Suncare, you'll help people stay strong, confident, and connected to the life they love.
Some days, that might mean helping someone build the strength to keep tending their garden. Other days,

it could be improving mobility so they're able to get back to a weekly social group or feel more confident getting out into their community.
You'll provide practical, evidence-based care that supports long-term health, independence, and wellbeing, while building genuine relationships with the people you support.
Your day might include:
Designing and delivering tailored exercise programs that improve function, mobility and wellbeing
Facilitating individual and group exercise sessions, including hydrotherapy
Monitoring progress and adapting programs as needs change
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
Supporting customers, carers and families with advice, education and referrals
Sharing your knowledge with students and team members
Participating in team meetings, career development and ongoing learning
We currently have two full-time opportunities available, based in the North Lakes area, with occasional travel to the southern Sunshine Coast as required.
We're also open to discussing part‐time arrangements (Monday to Friday) and flexible working hours because we know life doesn't always fit neatly into a standard schedule. Tell us what works best for you in your cover letter.
