Key responsibilities
n
n
Fit and balance tyres on a wide range of vehicles, including passenger cars, SUVs and 4WDs.




n
Perform wheel alignments using modern alignment equipment.
n
Inspect tyres and wheels for wear, damage and safety concerns.
n
Maintain accurate job records and customer service documentation.
n
Complete all work safely and in accordance with industry standards.
n
Provide customers with professional advice on tyre maintenance and replacement options.
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop.
n
Assist with vehicle inspections and identify additional service requirements where appropriate.
n
Operate and maintain workshop equipment to a high standard.
n

Skills & experience
n
n
Previous experience as a tyre fitter is crucial.
n
Wheel alignment experience is highly regarded.
n
Current driver's licence.
n
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
n
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
Ability to work well in a small team.
n
