Role Overview
n
The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
n
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
n
Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
n
Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
n
Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations
n
n
Experience / Qualifications Required
n
n
Current First Aid Certificate required
n
An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
n




Experience in delivering fit-out and refurbisment projects for a head contractor in Australia
n
Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
n
Excellent client and stakeholder Management is imperative
n
n
Whats on offer

$160k - $185k + Superannuation salary package, commensurate with your experience and leadership capability.
