The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to become the central point of coordination for our Mascot, Sydney office. You will take ownership of day-to-day office operations while providing trusted administrative support to our CEO and wider team.
This varied, hands-on role spans office management, IT and asset coordination, onboarding, internal events, systems administration and compliance. It will suit someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating what needs to be done and helping others perform at their best in a fast-paced, relationship-driven construction company.
Please note this is a 5 day per week, office based role.

About the role
As an Office Manager, you will:
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office
Manage office supplies, staff amenities, corporate uniforms, mail, couriers, cleaning and facilities maintenance.
Maintain asset records and provide basic IT and equipment support to the NSW team, liaising with the external provider as needed
Prepare workspaces and complete onboarding tasks for new starters.
Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and staff events
Provide diary and administrative support to the CEO
Coordinate travel arrangements for NSW-based corporate employees.
Provide basic systems support for our Construction Management software, Procore.
Maintain key business records, construction templates and document-control systems
Support the maintenance of builders' licences, business accreditations and ISO-related compliance requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve office processes, systems and the overall employee experience.
Key Skills & Attributes
2+ years' experience in an office management or a senior administer position
Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Proactive and resourceful, with confidence to own tasks from start to finish.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate records
Strong written and verbal communication, with a professional, approachable manner.
Confident engaging with leaders, employees, visitors, suppliers and service providers.
Sound judgement, discretion and appropriate handling of confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond calmly as priorities change.
Microsoft 365 proficiency and ability to learn new systems; Procore or document-control experience is advantageous.
Team-oriented and willing to support varied operational and administrative tasks.
