About the Role

What you'll be doing
n
n
Generating and following up new sales leads
n
Preparing comparable market reports (CMAs) ahead of listing appointments
n
Supporting the Sales Director in listing presentations
n
Coordinating marketing and sales administration for every listing, start to finish
n
Delivering first-class buyer service — enquiries, inspections and follow-up
n
Keeping vendors in the loop with regular,



proactive communication and reports
n
Getting out to open homes as required
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Real estate experience (sales, administration or property management) or a strong track record in a customer-facing sales role
n
A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or a willingness to obtain one)
n
Confident, warm communication — comfortable on the phone and face-to-face with vendors and buyers
n
Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail
n
A current driver's licence
n
Experience with VaultRE (or a similar CRM) and Microsoft Office is a plus
n
A genuine desire to build a long-term career in real estate sales
n
