Job Description
Our Client Troocoo is exclusively partnered with a leading infrastructure services business to recruit a Senior Procurement Specialist based in Yatala, Queensland.

This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement, offering 2 days of work-from-home flexibility once settled in.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage pre-award procurement activities including scope development, strategic sourcing, tender management, and commercial negotiation.
n
Draft tenders and contracts including civil, mechanical, electrical and supply agreements.
n
Ensure risk is appropriately managed across all contracts.
n
Handle multiple contracts concurrently with values ranging from several hundred thousand to several million dollars.
n
Adapt to changing priorities and support stakeholders through project fluctuations.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Demonstrated contract execution experience within resources, infrastructure,



construction or complex capital project environments.
n
Solid capability in pre-award procurement processes, including tendering and commercial documentation.
n
Solid understanding of construction and capital works contracts.
n
Excellent influencing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
n
Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
n
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
n

Applicants with tertiary education and further training in the procurement industry, such as MCIPS, will be held in high regard, but previous demonstrable experience is the priority.
n
