Medical Training Accreditation and Support Officer

Where you'll be working
n Join the Executive Medical Services team within Western Sydney Local Health District at Westmead, one of Australia's largest and most progressive health and education precincts. This collaborative and high-performing team plays a pivotal role in supporting medical workforce education, research accreditation and governance across the district.
n
Working closely with senior clinicians, training networks, researchers and specialty colleges, you'll contribute to initiatives that directly support quality healthcare outcomes, continuous improvement and workforce capability.

What you'll be doing
n As the Medical Training Accreditation and Support Officer, you will coordinate and support accreditation activities across medical education, training and research programs. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with accreditation standards while building strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous quality improvement.
n
Coordinate accreditation processes, audits, site visits and reporting activities
n
Support compliance with Medical College and ACQSH accreditation frameworks
n
Collaborate with training providers, researchers and specialty colleges
n
Manage confidential accreditation documentation and critical incident reporting
n
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and accreditation system development
n
