A multiple award winning architectural home builder with a pipeline of work extending well into **** is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work in conjunction with a Project Manager and an office based CA. This is a long-term opportunity primed for someone that enjoys detailed work and communicates well. This is a secured project with demo starting within the next two weeks. The project itself has been designed by a well known architect who is receptive to ideas and the way the project will be built. This opportunity can be an immediate start but also happy to have start someone in the new year

Your Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
n
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain program and budget
n
Liaise with clients, architects,



consultants, and engineers to ensure smooth delivery
n
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
n
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety standards
n
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
n
Lead and motivate the on-site team to deliver a top-tier finish
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction
n
Proven experience delivering architecturally designed homes
n
Robust leadership and team coordination skills
n
Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders professionally
n
Thorough understanding of construction processes, legislation, and WHS standards
n
Excellent planning, scheduling, and problem-solving capabilities
n
Carpentry background is preferred.
