Job Description
We are seeking a flexible and collaborative teacher to support our secondary Montessori program. This role is particularly suited to a primary-trained teacher or a teacher experienced across multiple learning areas.

The successful applicant will: Support students across a range of curriculum areas and year levels.
n
Plan and deliver differentiated, interdisciplinary learning experiences.
n
Facilitate independent learning while providing explicit structure and guidance.
n
Build strong relationships and respond to students' individual learning and wellbeing needs.
n
Work collaboratively with the Montessori team to monitor student engagement, progress and transitions.
n
Montessori training or experience is desirable but not essential; professional learning and support can be provided.
