Senior Business Project Manager // HR - Org Design

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Project Manager to lead a large-scale organisational transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment.
n
This role will lead a complex, enterprise-wide transformation program focused on organisational effectiveness, workforce capability and sustainable business change.
n
This is a Business Project Manager role, not a technical role.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale HR and organisational transformation program.
n
Drive the implementation of Job Architecture and Organisational Design frameworks across the organisation.
n
Manage project scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance and reporting.
n
Ensure the program aligns with Strategic Workforce Planning insights, talent mobility and talent marketplace initiatives.
n
Work closely with Change teams to ensure organisational change and adoption are embedded throughout the program.
n
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across HR, People & Culture, business and transformation teams.
n




Manage complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure successful delivery against agreed outcomes.
n
Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.

Requirements
n
n
Strong experience as a Senior Business Project Manager / Program Manager within a large corporate environment.
n
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale HR, People & Culture or workforce transformation programs.
n
Strong experience in Organisational Design and organisational transformation.
n
Experience with Job Architecture / Job Frameworks would be highly regarded.
n
Good understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning, talent mobility and talent marketplace concepts.
n
Strong understanding of the role of Change Management in delivering successful business transformation.
n
Excellent core project management capability across planning, governance, RAID management, dependencies, financials and executive reporting.
n
Solid senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
n
Previous experience within Banking / insurance or financial services is preferred.
n
Comfortable operating within a large, complex and highly matrixed organisation.
