The Candidate
We are currently seeking a full-time Administration Office Assistant or final-year law student to join our Logan Central office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and could be the stepping stone to your future career development.

The Role & Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional to develop their skills within a busy legal environment. Working closely with experienced legal professionals, you will provide essential administrative and office support while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
This role offers valuable exposure to the legal profession and the opportunity to build a long-term career within the legal industry.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, including collections and deliveries.
Assisting with general office support, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and the preparation of briefs to counsel.
Typing and transcribing dictation with a high level of accuracy (60+ words per minute preferred).
Maintaining and managing client and matter files.
Scheduling and coordinating client appointments with medical practitioners.
Monitoring stationery and office consumables and placing orders as required.
Providing reception support when required, including taking detailed and accurate messages.
Requesting and archiving electronic files.
Performing general housekeeping and administrative tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently.
