COZIE Elevators is a growing residential lift company delivering premium home lift solutions across Sydney and Melbourne.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage residential lift projects from signed contract through to site readiness, installation and final handover.
n
This is a client-facing and site-based coordination role. You will work closely with homeowners, builders, architects, our China-based order processing team, our installation team and aftersales team.
n
Professional Mandarin language skills are essential because approximately 80% of our customers prefer to communicate in Mandarin, and the position regularly liaises with our China-based factory and order processing team. Professional working English is also essential for communication with builders, consultants and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities
n
Take ownership of residential lift projects following contract signing;
n
Review architectural drawings, lift drawings, specifications and customer selections;
n
Monitor production schedules, shipping and expected delivery dates;
n
Conduct or coordinate site inspections as requested by clients;
n
Issue and manage site preparation requirements and pre-installation checklists;
n
Coordinate installation programmes and site access with Installation team;
n
Manage project delays, variations, access issues and programme changes;
n
Maintain accurate project records, photographs, correspondence and status reports;
n
Coordinate completion inspections, outstanding items and defect rectification;
n
Hand completed projects over to the aftersales team for cleaning,



customer handover and ongoing service;

About you
n
To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
At least 3 years of project coordination, construction coordination, contracts administration or assistant project management experience in Australia;
n
Experience in residential construction, building services, installation, windows and doors, joinery, HVAC, structural steel or a similar technical construction-related industry;
n
The ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings;
n
A practical understanding of Australian residential construction processes and site sequencing;
n
Solid scheduling, organisation and document-control skills;
n
Confidence communicating with homeowners, builders, site supervisors and subcontractors;
n
Professional Mandarin and English communication skills;
n
Strong written English for emails, site instructions and project records;
n
A current NSW Driver Licence;
n
A valid White Card, or the ability to obtain one before commencing;
n
Previous lift or elevator experience is highly regarded but is not essential. Product-specific and lift installation training will be provided.
