About the Role As Centre Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while creating a positive environment for children, families and educators. You'll lead by example, support your team to thrive, and ensure the service maintains high standards of education and care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop a dedicated team of educators
n
Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
n
Manage occupancy,



enrolments and service operations
n
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality practice
n
n
About You
n
n
Experienced Centre Director or an Assistant Director ready for the next step
n
Robust understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
n
Proven leadership and team development skills
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
Relevant Early Childhood qualification and current Working With Children Check
n
Diploma or Bachelor qualified
n
