The Role
n
We require an experienced quality engineer inspector that has demonstrated experience delivering quality-focused outcomes in a mass production manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our production processes comply with the company's quality objectives and to implement continuous improvement. Key responsibilities will be:

Coordinate activities of inspection team and implement quality functions in day-to-day operations
n
Implement and maintain quality processes and procedures, in accordance with our Quality Management System
n
Analyse quality KPIs and initiate improvement programs with timely reporting to management
n
n
Requirements
n
n




Bachelor's degree qualification in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
n
Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing environment
n
Proven experience in an auditing role under ISO**** or equivalent
n
Sound knowledge of PPAP, SPC and technical drawing reading
n
Experience with lean manufacturing techniques, Kaizen and 5S
n
Advanced Metrology skills
n
Certificate or Diploma in Auditing for ISO**** system or equivalent
n
Demonstrated experience to work independently within stringent EH&S; measuresGood attention to detail, communication and computer skills
n
