What You'll Be Doing
n

Manage a portfolio of property-secured loans across their full lifecycle - from offer through to drawdowns, rollovers, and final repayment
n
Process loan draws, fund expenses, and other fund administration transactions
n
Maintain accurate records in our loan servicing platform and reconcile loan balances against supporting documentation
n
Calculate payout figures for terminating loans and rollover figures for continuing facilities
n
Perform daily reconciliations of fund bank accounts, including movements between sub-funds
n
Process investor transactions including allotments, conversions, and capital
returns/redemptions
n
Act as the key liaison point across the registry team, borrowers, solicitors, and investors, resolving day-to-day queries
n
Identify process improvements and help refine internal procedures
n
Mentor and guide junior team members as the portfolio grows
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience in loan servicing, loan administration,
or fund operations - ideally within private credit, mortgage funds, or property finance (rather than retail banking)
n
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
n
Excellent multi-tasking and time management across competing daily and weekly priorities
n
A proactive, solutions-first approach - someone who works through a problem before escalating
n
Experience with loan servicing software and/or Xero highly regarded
n
Strong communication skills for liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
n
