About the role
n
We have a current vacancy for an experienced Horticultural Qualified to join the Gardening Improvement team. This full-time role will involve maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty of outdoor landscapes and gardens for our clients.
n
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
n
n
Performing regular garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding,



pruning, and mulching
n
Planting and caring for a variety of plants, flowers, and trees
n
Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools
n
Identifying and addressing any garden or plant health issues
n
Providing recommendations to clients on plant selection
n
Ensuring a high level of presentation and cleanliness in all client gardens
n
n
About You
n
Along with your strong work ethic and previous horticultural experience you'll have/be:
n
n
Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in a gardening or horticulture role
n
Certificate 3 Parks and Gardens (Horticulture)
n
Full Australian working rights or hold permanent residency
n
Strong knowledge of plant species, their care requirements, and seasonal maintenance
n
Be well presented at all times, goal driven and motivated,
n
Excellent phone manner and written record keeping skills,
n
Comfortable working as part of a team to ensure a consistently high quality outcome for our clients.
n
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
n
A valid driver's license (manual) and Workcover White Card
n
White Card can be obtained after starting employment
n
n
