Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Pipe Welders for workshop-based work in the Logan region. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive rates and immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
FCAW (Flux Core) welding of carbon steel pipe
n
Fabrication and welding of pipe spools from 1" to 30"
n
Reading and interpreting isometric and workshop drawings
n
Maintaining weld quality to project and inspection requirements
n
Working safely and efficiently within a fabrication workshop workplace
n
Collaborating with pipe fitters, boilermakers and workshop supervisors
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Trade qualification in Engineering Fabrication or similar
n
Proven experience welding carbon steel pipe
n
Strong FCAW (Flux Core)

Experience working from fabrication drawings and weld procedures
n
Ability to consistently produce high-quality welds
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
n
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
n
Experience with heavy industrial, water, infrastructure or process piping projects
n
