$140,000 - $160,000 + Super (Permanent, Full-Time Role) Company Ute Provided

Our client specialises in heavy equipment rentals and is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator due to ongoing growth. This role would see you managing the Ingleburn branch and plays a key part in supporting branch performance and maintaining operational standards across the fleet.

What will this position entail?
n
n
Coordinating and delegating duties for the workshop and field mechanics - 2 workshop and 2 field mechanics
n
Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop to plan and prioritise servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
n
Lead maintenance coordination across heavy plant and equipment
n
Monitor fleet condition and minimise equipment downtime
n
Maintain parts coordination, maintenance records and compliance
n
Provide technical guidance to mechanics and customers.
n

How can I be successful?
n

Previous experience with heavy diesel and mobile plant equipment, ideally within the rental industry
n
Australian recognised trade certificate (desirable, but not essential if you have strong mechanical knowledge)
n
Experience leading a strong team, with excellent organisational and leadership skills
n
