About the Role
As Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the day-to-day success of the store. You'll lead and develop a team, deliver an exceptional customer experience and work closely with the broader pharmacy team to achieve strong commercial results.
We're looking for someone who is confident managing a large team and understands that great people performance drives great business performance.
What We're Looking For
Previous retail management experience, ideally within pharmacy or a similar environment
Pharmacy experience is essential
Strong people management and leadership skills
A natural ability to motivate,



coach and develop team members
Strong commercial awareness and a focus on achieving results
Experience working with KPIs, targets and performance measures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
Someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, high-volume retail environment
