Carmichael Kids Child Care and Early Learning Centre is seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Qualified Lead Educators to join our growing team. Carmichael Kids is a not-for-profit Christian Early Childhood Education and Care service committed to providing high-quality care and education in a nurturing, faith-based environment.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework
n
Uphold the requirements of a Child Safe Organisation and commitment to child safety, including understanding of the 10 Child Safe Standards and Universal Principle
n
Lead the development of the educational program including planning and programming and creating provocations suitable for a play-based learning workplace
n
Ensure programs are inclusive and reflect the holistic needs of all children
n
Build positive relationships with parents and children
n
Ensure the care and development of each child in the group and support the monitoring of their educational achievement
n
n
About you
n
n
Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check QLD)
n
Relevant ACECQA approved Qualifications
n
First Aid and Anaphylaxis Training
n
Asthma Management Training
n
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
n




Foundations of child safety training
n
