About the Role
n
This is a leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of our construction operations across the region.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Leading and supporting a team of Site Supervisors
n
Overseeing residential new home builds from commencement through to completion
n
Driving construction programs, productivity, quality and cost outcomes
n
Monitoring project performance and ensuring builds remain on schedule
n
Supporting Site Supervisors with complex construction, trade and client matters
n
Building solid relationships with trades, subcontractors and key suppliers
n
Ensuring consistent construction standards, processes and accountability across all projects
n
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, efficiencies and overall construction performance
n
Working closely with the senior leadership and office teams to achieve business objectives
n
Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and customer experience
n

What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for an experienced construction leader who can balance people leadership,



commercial awareness and strong construction knowledge.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Senior Construction Manager or similar leadership role within residential construction
n
Strong knowledge of residential new home construction
n
Experience leading and developing Site Supervisors
n
Excellent understanding of construction programming, sequencing and trade management
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
The ability to drive accountability while building positive relationships
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
A strong focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes
n
QBCC Builder — Low Rise or relevant
licensing/qualification
n
