About the Role
n
We are seeking a motivated and organised Workshop Planner / Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask while keeping the workshop running smoothly.
n
You'll work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure all maintenance jobs are booked, parts are ready, and customer service runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
n

Coordinate workshop bookings and job scheduling
n




Answer phones and liaise with customers and suppliers
n
Look up, order, and organise parts for various equipment types
n
Schedule follow-up and incoming work
n
Maintain job sheets, records, and parts inventory
n
Assist with general workshop administration and communication
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in parts interpreting or workshop planning (preferred)
n
Knowledge of trucks, trailers, and/or heavy equipment
n
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
n
Confident communicator with good phone manner
n
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
n
Computer literacy and familiarity with workshop systems
n
