Job Description
Merivale is seeking a hands-on Hotel Manager for The Whale Narooma, a boutique coastal retreat on NSW's South Coast. You will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including Front Office and Housekeeping, while collaborating with the General Manager on Food & Beverage offerings to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
