Are you looking for a high-impact chance to drive enterprise-level IT transformations? We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex application upgrades within manufacturing or defence environments to lead key digital initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for various IT application upgrade projects.
n
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Application, IT Infrastructure, and business domains to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
n
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while producing regular status reports for senior executive stakeholders.
n
Oversee comprehensive testing phases including unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
n
Prepare submissions for governance forums, such as the Project Review Board, ensuring compliance with quality standards and smooth business transition.
n

What You Need to Apply for This Role:
n
n
Applicants from Manufacturing, Heavy Industries or Defence backgrounds are HIGHLY desirable.
n




Minimum 10 years of proven experience in delivering complex application solutions across the full project lifecycle using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
n
High proficiency in project management and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
n
Strong executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams with minimal direction.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, alongside industry certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agile, or ITIL knowledge.
n
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, third-party consultant coordination, and financial stage-gate submissions.
n
