Likehome is a Sydney-based property management company managing 400+ properties across NSW. We're growing our team and looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of our long-term rental portfolio.

About the Role
n
You will independently manage a portfolio of long-term rental properties, acting as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling the full leasing lifecycle from tenant placement through to renewals and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage end-to-end tenancy processes: leasing, inspections, renewals, and vacates
n
Handle landlord and tenant communications, resolving issues professionally and promptly
n
Conduct routine and condition inspections, ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
n
Manage rent reviews, arrears, and maintenance coordination
n
Maintain accurate records in property management software
n




Build and maintain strong landlord relationships to support client retention
n
Ensure compliance with the NSW Residential Tenancies Act and related regulations
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration (or Class 2 Real Estate Licence) - required
n
Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
n
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
n
Highly organised, able to manage a busy portfolio independently
n
Proficiency with property management software
n
Own vehicle and driver's licence (for property inspections)
n
