Job Description
Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is seeking Community Care Workers to deliver high-quality home-based support to frail, aged and disabled clients within Kyabram, Stanhope and Tongala.

You will work in a team, provide person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, and promote independence while adhering to OH&S; requirements and KDHS values.

A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is required, together with a current First Aid certificate and a valid driver's licence.
