They dominate their market through leveraging modern manufacturing processes, integrated supply chains, and digital solutions that allow them deliver high quality goods to their customers.
There is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong Senior Financial Accountant to join their high performing finance team, reporting directly into the Financial Controller. Duties will include:
Review and analyse month end reports
Preparation of half year and full end of year financial statements
Prepare consolidated statutory reports
Prepare and submit monthly management reports
Implement relevant accounting standards (IFRS, AASB etc)
Take a lead on the annual external audit process
Become a trusted partner to other members of the finance team
Ad-hoc support on various tax requirements
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives as required
To be considered, you will be a Chartered Accountant, have trained in Big 4 or a top mid tier, and have spent a minimum of 2 years in a large, complex organisation producing a robust set of financial statements. You will be technically robust, comfortable working in a fast paced workplace and eager to progress your career. First movers who are at least at the Assistant Manager level are encouraged to apply.
