Role Description This full time, in office multi restaurant Supervisor role is based at McDonald’s Wollongong. The Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift coordination, and adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards. This role leads and supports crew members, providing coaching, delegating tasks, and helping to maintain a positive, inclusive team culture. The Supervisor monitors customer service quality responds to guest inquiries or concerns and helps manage order flow during peak periods to ensure efficient service.



Responsibilities also include basic inventory checks, cash handling oversight, and reporting operational issues to management to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications
Experience in supervising teams in hospitality, retail, or a similar rapid-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues professionally.
Proven ability to organize shifts, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards under time pressure.
Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Competence with point-of-sale systems, cash handling procedures, and simple reporting or record-keeping.
Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members while supporting an inclusive and respectful workplace.
Availability to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Prior experience with quick-service restaurants or McDonald’s operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
