About the Role:

We are seeking Experienced Production Operators to join our BUMA team at Goonyella. Our fleet comprises a combination of Komatsu 930E and Caterpillar 793 trucks with Liebherr R**** and Hitachi **** & **** excavators. Komatsu 930E and Cat 793 Trucks
n
CAT D10 or D11 Track Dozers
n
16M or 24M Graders
n
Liebherr ****, Hitachi **** or Hitachi **** Excavators or equivalent
n
n
About You:
n
n
Open cut coal mining experience is essential
n
Experience operating mining machinery outlined above
n
Safety focused with a high attention to detail
n
A passion for operating big machinery with a positive 'can do' attitude!
n




Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (desired)
n

7/7 roster, working hours are 12hr 20mins for the first 6 shifts and 10hrs on the 7th shift to assist employees in travelling home within fatigue hours

Located in the Bowen Basin of Central Queensland, BMA's Goonyella Mine is one of Queensland's largest coal mines. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres from the town of Moranbah.

BUMA Australia provide labour, supervision, technical support and mobile plant to perform truck and excavator pre-strip operations.
n
