Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Warehouse Storeperson & Logistics Administrator to join our client's team in BANKSTOWN or VILLAWOOD. This is an excellent chance for someone with strong warehouse systems experience who can confidently coordinate receivals, stock movements and internal warehouse logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Receive, inspect and process incoming goods and products from production.
n
Check quantities, product condition and documentation to ensure accuracy.
n
Coordinate the transfer and movement of stock between internal warehouses.
n
Use warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems and RF scanners to manage stock and warehouse activities.
n
Work closely with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
n
Assist with daily reporting, filing, and maintaining accurate warehouse and logistics documentation.
n




Use Excel and Word for stock records, reports and general administration.
n
Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
n

Key Requirements:
n
n
Previous experience in a warehouse administration.
n
Experience using WMS, Excel and Word.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
The ability to coordinate multiple warehouse activities in a fast-paced setting.
n
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
n
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving warehouse issues.
n
