Job Description
NSW Health in Western Sydney is seeking an Aboriginal Health Education Officer - Palliative Care to improve awareness, access and engagement with culturally protected palliative and supportive care services for Aboriginal people and families.

You will provide social, emotional and cultural support, and collaborate with hospital, community and primary care teams to deliver respectful, patient-centered care and strengthen partnerships with communities and service providers.
